With the Condômino Mobile Area you can:

* View your Unit’s open invoices;

* Make reservations for common areas;

* Obtain an updated duplicate of your bills;

* Copy the typeable line (barcode) to make payment through your Bank's application;

* Talk to the Doorman via chat;

* Register and Release Visitors and Service Providers;

* Create requests directly to your administrator;

* View unit occurrences;

* Carry out registration updates;

* View announcements issued by the Administrator and the Manager of your Condominium;

* View Documents such as Meeting Minutes, Convention or accountability documents;

* View your Condominium’s photo album;

* Change payment method to credit card or bank slip;

* Participate in online Assemblies;
